Always a curious kid and how my Dad refers to me as “never afraid to fail”, I’ve attempted to change many things that do not need changing! However, this affords great progress for the things that DO need changing.
Overcoming a C4-5 spinal cord injury 25+ years ago, fighting for my wholeness, saying yes to many gifted healers, and no to a few odd ducks led me to opening the RockSalt Spa in 2012.
Having a healing Salt Spa where alternative treatments helped clients suffering from asthma to anxiety, excema to depression, and witnessing the power of a healing Community paved the way for a new format.
Transcending is a word that kept naturally coming up in various conversations I have with respected healers. In 2022 I had a session with a Global teacher who loved the term for me to use to truly help my clients and audiences transcend their challenges. It felt too narrow to only help people with healing obstacles and I’ve found my techniques can be applied universally to any life challenge.
My perspective is that we limit the joy in our lives while “healing” or “doing our work” and its joy itself that paves the way to wholeness. It is my observation and experience over the years that without joy, we limit our healing to less than 100%.
My techniques involve incorporating joyful inspiration in the daily to do’s as well as laughter at ourselves along the way. Join me on a wellness journey, spiritually, or physically to achieve the best version of yourself.
